Free Shipping
At Zavero Pets, we offer FREE delivery on all orders within the Republic of Ireland. No minimum order value is required.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Ireland: 11–17business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the supplier, courier, and delivery location.
Business days exclude weekends and Irish public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
You can use this information to follow your order’s delivery progress.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to customs processing, public holidays, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods.
If your order has not arrived within 20 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@zaveropets.com, and we will investigate.
Your statutory rights regarding delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

Zavero Pets remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or a person you have designated, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
